A range of concessions are available for Schools, Groups, Families, Senior Citizens, Students etc.

There are parking spaces for orange badge holders in the library car park. It is possible to drop people off at the bottom of Tower Street, which is closed to traffic.
 
There is a lift to all levels, and a ramped access to the foyer and ground floor through the main Theatre entrance. Disabled facilities are available on the ground floor.

There is accommodation for up to 7 wheelchairs in the stalls. The terms of their licence require wheelchair users  to be accompanied during a performance. If you wish to take a companion along, their ticket will be available at a 50% discount. Further wheelchair spaces may be available for larger groups for some performances. Please ring the Box Office to discuss your requirements.

Assistance dogs are allowed in all areas of the building. Please talk to Box Office staff about any special requirements when booking.

Infrared hearing enhancement is available in the auditorium, to improve the quality of sound for those with a T-switch on their hearing aid.
